Our purpose is to provide a safe environment in a non-institutional setting which is able to meet the needs of individuals in a personal way.
What makes our home different than most facilities that provide these services is that we ensure that these needs are
met in a small home-like community setting. We find that many individuals are not comfortable in large settings where there is too much noise, too many staff and not enough care.
We strive to ensure that the residents in our home realize their
individualized potential to live lives that are integrated, productive and normal to the extent appropriate.
This will be to each individual's interest and capacity. If any resident with dementia is determined through a pre-admission
appraisal, reappraisal or observation, night supervision will be
provided.
